Phone and Email Inquiries

Our website includes an inquiry form you can use to request information about or quotations in respect of the services offered on this site. You acknowledge that sometimes we work with partner companies to fulfill some or all of the services offered on the site.

You acknowledge by using our site that we are not responsible for the enforcement of any obligations arising out of an agreement or contract between you and any third party, and we will have no obligation to mediate between the parties to any such contract.

Call Recording

You agree and acknowledge that we may monitor and/or record any phone calls you make using the phone numbers listed on the Websites. We make no guarantees of the quality of the service professionals who may contact you. Our partners have their own requirements and may prescreen service professionals as they deem appropriate. Although most service professionals are completely legitimate, licensed, and certified in their trade, there is a chance that certain professionals could slip through the cracks, not have proper business licenses and filings, criminal background record searches, sex offender searches, identity verification such as social security numbers, legal searches for civil judgments, etc. Many of our partners pre-screen for some or all of these things but that screening is typically done at the beginning of verifying the service professional and doesn't take into account anything that may have occurred negatively for that service professional after the initial screening procedures. Furthermore, for service professionals using corporate accounts such as employees, franchisees, dealers, and independent contractors, those screening methods can be different or non-existent, meaning no screening at all.

Automated and AI-Assisted Communications

In these Terms, "service partners" means the local service professionals and contractors we work with to fulfill or quote the services described on this website, including any professional we connect you with or refer your inquiry to.

If you submit the inquiry form on this website and check the consent box, you provide express written consent for us and our service partners to contact you at the telephone number you provided using automated technology. This includes automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, AI-generated or AI-assisted voice calls, and text messages, regarding the services you inquired about.

These calls may be placed and these messages may be sent to you even if your number appears on a state or federal Do Not Call registry, because you have given prior express written consent by submitting the form.

You are not required to give this consent in order to purchase any goods or services from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you prefer not to receive automated calls, you may contact us directly at the phone number listed on this website.

Calls placed under this consent may be monitored or recorded as described under Call Recording above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke this consent at any time and by any reasonable means. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further text messages, or HELP for assistance. You may also revoke consent by telling us so during any call, or by contacting us at the phone number or email address listed on this website. Revocation applies to future automated communications and does not affect calls or messages already in progress.

Governing law
